Our restaurant serves delicious, home-made, Palmyrian and Bedouin food:

Appetizers – hummus, mutabal, baba ganoug, falafel, taboulli, fatoush, borak
Soup – lentil, mushroom, vegetable
Mansaf - traditional Bedouin dish of rice and chicken topped with roasted nuts, green beans and desert herbs

Vegetarian Mansaf - made with wild mushrooms
Kawage - fresh vegetables oven-baked with chicken and spice

Mixed grill - Lamb, chicken BBQ
Chef’s special – changes daily
Dessert – cakes and seasonal fruits

Vegetarian option available for all dishes

The cave bar serves local and imported beers and wine, a selection of spirits and juices.

Nargile (water-pipe) with fruit-flavored tobacco is also available.

Take your drink and smoke your nargile in the relaxing cave bar or al-fresco to watch the local souk in action, enjoy the fresh desert air and the silence of the night.
